Tomas Casas i Klett has been teaching degree and corporate programmes at Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO for more than seven years and also participates in the drafting of the academic agenda. He specialises in three areas: finance, international management and political science.
At the start of his career Tomas launched a number of business projects. Today he continues to work in business, but as an investor and consultant on strategic issues.
In 2005 Tomas defended his doctorate at the University of St. Gallen where he teaches to this day. He is also the author of the course Doing Business in Asia, paying particular attention to the interaction with China, Japan and India.
Tomas also teaches at Rotman School of Business (University of Toronto), McDonough School of Business and Fudan University’s School of Management.
In 2009 Tomas was awarded the Jonathan Welch Case Award granted by the North American Case Research Association (NACRA), for his research work AMS China: Sell Now or Later.
ANDREY SHAPENKO

Andrey Shapenko is an experienced professional in strategy, project management and people development with a track record in leading Russian and international industrial corporations. Andrey holds an MBA from IMD and a Ph.D. in Economics and Masters in Project Management from Russian State University of Oil and Gas.
Egor Pereverzev
Director of degree programmes at SKOLKOVO Business School
Native of Russia, Egor has dedicated his career to improving operations and supply chains of multinational companies in growing China.
As a manager, entrepreneur and leader he spent over 10 years at various executive roles in operations, supply chain management, product management, quality management, procurement and sourcing.
Since 2012 until 2019, Egor has been working as Managing Director (China) for international electric equipment distributor EKF Group in Shanghai. Multilingual, Egor speaks English and Mandarin, holds PhD Degree in Modern Philosophy and an MBA degree from Washington University in St. Louis and Fudan University in Shanghai. Egor provides lectures and seminars on China Procurement, Business Negotiations in China, China Market Entry and Financing of Supply Chains in China for leading universities in Russia and US, participates in cost-management consulting projects for international businesses as a private consultant.
Since January 9, 2020, he has been the Director of SKOLKOVO Degree Programs.
MAXIM FELDMAN
Director of degree programmes at SKOLKOVO Business School, SKOLKOVO Executive MBA graduate
From 1998 to 2012 Mr. Feldman lived in Israel and worked in the telecommunications industry. He was engaged in promotion of telecommunications solutions on the Russian market, introducing high-tech products in the networks of telecom operators such as Rostelecom, MTS, VimpelCom and others. He opened a company that provides consulting services to promote high-tech solutions in the EMEA countries.
Having sold the company, Maxim Feldman returned to Russia and entered the SKOLKOVO Executive MBA programme, and later joined the team of the Business School as the head of client relations. Since 2017, he headed our degree programmess, which includes the new programme EMBA for Eurasia, developed in cooperation with the business school HKUST.
GAUKHAR NURGALIEVA
Head of the Laboratory of Eurasian Studies at the Institute for Emerging Markets of the SKOLKOVO Business School
Gaukhar Nurgalieva is an international relations professional and currently leads the Eurasian Studies Lab at the Skolkovo IEMS. The lab conducts research on the economies of Central Asian and Caucasus countries, and contributes to the development of education programmes. Prior to joining Skolkovo IEMS, Gaukhar worked at the Eurasian Economic Commission, as well as with the government and private sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Gaukhar Nurgalieva holds a Master of Arts in international relations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University, an MBA from the Moscow State University, and Bachelor of Business Administration from The George Washington University.

Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
Hereby I, hereinafter referred to as the «Subject of Personal Data», pursuant to the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 № 152-FZ «On Personal Data» (as amended), freely, of my own accord and in my own interest, give my consent to the Moscow School Management «SKOLKOVO» (hereinafter referred to as the «School», legal address: 143025, Moscow region, Odintsovsky district, Skolkovo, Novaya Street, 100) to the processing of my personal data provided during the registration by filling out the web form on the School's website skolkovo.ru and its subdomains *. skolkovo.ru (hereinafter referred to as the «Website»), directed (filled) with the use of the Website.
I understand personal data as any information relevant to me as the Subject of Personal Data, including my last name, first name, address, education, occupation, contact information (phone, fax, email, postal address), photographs, and other information. I understand the processing of personal data as the collection, classification, accumulation, clarification, updating, modification, use, distribution, transmission, including cross-border, depersonalization, blocking, destruction, permanent storage, and any other actions (operations) with personal information.
The processing of personal data of the Subject of Personal Data is carried out solely for the registration of the Subject of Personal Data in the database of the School and then directing to the Subject of Personal Data mail messages and SMS notifications from the School, its affiliates and/or sub-contractors, including advertising content, information letters and newsletters, invitations to the events of the School, and other advertising and news content, as well as for the confirmation of the identity of the Subject of Personal Data when visiting the events of the School.
The date of issue of the consent to the processing of personal data by the Subject of Personal Data is the date of sending the registration form from the Website of the School.
The processing of personal data of the Subject of Personal Data can be accomplished by means of automation and/or without the use of automation in accordance with applicable laws of the Russian Federation and internal regulations of the School.
The school takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures or ensures their application to protect the personal data against unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, providing, distribution of the personal data, as well as other illegal actions towards the personal data and commits itself to preserve the confidentiality of the personal data of the Subject of Personal Data. The school has the right to involve subcontractors in the processing of personal data of the Subject of Personal Data subjects as well as the right to transfer the personal data to its affiliates for processing, ensuring the assuming of the relevant obligations of personal data confidentiality by such subcontractors and affiliates.
I am aware that:
1) this consent to the processing of my personal data provided during registration at the Website of the School and directed (filled) with the use of the Website is valid for twenty (20) years starting from the date of the registration at the Website of the School;
2) the consent may be revoked by me on the basis of a written application in optional form;
